Otter Creek

With the very mild temperatures and lack of additional precipitation conditions on the creek are ideal. We have had reports of crowds in some areas, but with the amount of quality water within a few miles of Middlebury, you can be sure to find stretches to yourself. I have had reports of people catching fish from morning to late afternoon this weekend. While most reported nymphs working a few were taken on streamers. We have scaled back our fly fishing display for the winter, but rest assured, that everything you need is still at the shop, just packed into a tighter area. Look for a December fly fishing photo contest starting in a few days. I will get details up in the next day or two here and on our facebook page.
